I also saw this posted with a different theme. I have a bunch of sites built with weaver xtreme theme and there is a cache issue with all css. The falcon cache is not turned on, it is set to not cache at all.

If I make any changes to the theme they will not show, even if i refresh browser or try a different browser. I have to deactivate wordfence and the css changes will immediately show. Once I am done making the changes I have to reactivate the plugin.

This is a new issue that has been going on only for the last few weeks. All the sites have the word up to date version of wordpress, weaver xtreme theme, weaver xtreme plus plugin, and the most recent version of wordfence.

    Hi,

On the Wordfence options page, try turning off “Hide WordPress version” — this can cause the query strings on static files not to change when they’re updated. In a future version of Wordfence, this option will only change the query string of files that originally match the WordPress version.
