• I am running version 3.3 of the theme and when I updated to the latest version the site went down. I can’t figure out what the issue is.

I tried turning off each plugin one at a time but that did not get the site back up. I had to revert to a backup.

When I changed to a different theme with all plugins active, the site loaded fine.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

    Hi @dangerdanj,

    Really sorry for the issue.

Can you please provide the error log message? Or you can enable the error log from the config file to check the errors. I can help you if you will provide detail error info.

I turned on the error log.

When I have Ascent v3.3 running I get the following:

Notice: Undefined index: premium-templates in /home/mccourt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/admin/settings/modules-setting.php on line 692

Notice: Undefined index: premium-map-cluster in /home/mccourt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/includes/class-addons-integration.php on line 219

When I have the latest version of Ascent running I get the following:

Notice: Undefined index: premium-templates in /home/mccourt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/admin/settings/modules-setting.php on line 692

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/mccourt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/premium-addons-for-elementor/admin/settings/modules-setting.php:692) in /home/mccourt/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1196

When I have the latest version of Ascent running and I deactivate Premium Addons for Elementor I get the following:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties.

@dangerdanj It appears this is an issue with the “Premium addons for Elementor” plugin. Please check this link on the plugin’s support forum:

This seems to be the exact same issue as you are facing. I suggest you follow the steps suggested there and see if it resolves your issue.
