    Hi there,

I’m using Jupiter theme which allows for full width content in the main content areas of the website. I have full width background colour rows. When I activate the CM Tooltip plugin, there is a conflict of some kind that stops the full width rows from working and it basically boxes them.

Are there any known issues for the plugin doing this to other themes? Boxing the content?

    Regards,
    Kuzz

Also FYI: My theme is Jupiter which uses a visual page builder, I’ve tried turning on the debug setting, as I thought that may solve it, but that didn’t help.

Such problems only occur when the HTML of the template is not written correctly. The reason is that the Tooltip parses the HTML and once it is not written in a correct way the parsing breaks the template all together and the output does not look good

I am not familiar with Jupiter themes so without looking deeper into this (which is not possible in this public forum) I can’t advise more

Since the plugin is widely used and we have already tested it with many themes i can surely say it is usually a theme issue which is causing this
