Theme Compatibility – Loader Stuck

    With our themes stuck at loading icon while making a page with Elementor.

    Check the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/ltxweb

    And when we disable site loader functionality than it works.

    So, let me know what’s I am doing wrong?

    Any help really appreciated.

  • There may be a conflict with your theme’s preloader script. To confirm this, please try to temporarily switch to a default theme such as TwentySixteen and see if you get the same behavior.

    If Elementor works using one of the default themes, please contact your theme developer (who have more expertise with their theme) so they can help you disable the preloader.

    Actually, we are the developer of the themes. We need to compatible our themes with Elementor plugin.

    If we disable pre-loader code in theme than elemetor works fine. The Pre-loader code just a CSS code.
