Theme compatability

Hi, Great plugin, exactly what I was looking for, but I am having a few function issues. The main problems I am having with it is:
1.Images do not show up in posts
2.Categories and tags do not workI am using the Buddyboss 3.0 theme. I’m sure if this is the problem. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
