[Theme ColorLight] – Menu not working right?

Aloha from Hawaii!

I am using the Theme ColorLight. This theme is a child theme of Twenty Twelve. When someone on a computer has low resolution or even a not maximized window (even if they zoom in the window to see better for people that have trouble seeing) the menu doesn’t display property. The menu just turns into a single button that says Menu but doesn’t do anything when clicked… This is the same menu that shoes (with the same response) when the web site is viewed on a mobile device (cell phone or tablet)…

Any help with this would be wonderful… I have a couple of options I can do, but not sure what the right way to fix this would be, or if I need to find a different theme?
