Theme Changes Not Updating for Visitors

I’m using Envy Blog theme. When I customize the theme by changing post settings or hiding author box, it is only updating for my login user. When I logout and view the post as a guest, I don’t see the changes.

Similarly, when I add plugins like Page View Counter, it is visible only when I login with my user account. The guest cannot see it.
