Hi narino!
You could do two things.
1.
You could go to Theme Options sub menu under Appearance menu and select
content layout to be ‘show full content’ mode and save it. Now, if you put <!–more–> tag in the post you will see your [Read more] link.
But this is the ‘show full content’ mode so, you will see the content in the front page. It will not show your featured image.
2.
Now to show your featured image and also the [Read more] link switch back to the ‘show excerpt’ mode. In the edit post screen, you could add certain amount of text in excerpt box just below the post editor. If you dont see the excerpt box look at the top right part, click on ‘screen options’ and tick mark the excerpt check box.
