[theme: Business News 1.1.1] help customizing and fixing a few things

hello

I was trying to adapt this theme to my needs and seems Ive broken the normal flow:

as you can see there the widgets have been lowered to the right bottom of the page because I tried to write something on my main page.

3 questions:

1/how can I return the widgets to the right top position next to the slides as they should be?

2/ how can I put below the slides frame where right now theres the “prueba” all news and main news labels, how can i put there my normal posts?

3/ finally, any way to put a widget with a few selected posts? I want to pick those posts by hand. which widget or plugin would you recommend? I need to show right to the slides those 2 or 3 posts with a few mini pictures if possible
