Theme builder is showing in code instead of visual editor

Hi,
When I click on elementor Template-> theme builder its opening a page with a code.
https://www.xxxxxx.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor-app&ver=3.13.4#/site-editor
But the saved template and pop up are working fine.
Please guide how to fix this.
