Theme Builder – Error in ‘Product Archive’ and ‘Product Single’ Templates

    Hi,

    I’m encountering issues with my client’s menu and product pages:

    • When I try to edit the ‘Product Archive’ or ‘Product Single’ templates, I receive the following error:
      Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method Elementor\Modules\PageTemplates\Module::body_open() in /home/atithipt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/royal-elementor-addons/admin/templates/wpr-canvas.php:34 Stack trace: #0 /home/atithipt/public_html/wp-includes/template-loader.php(106): include() #1 /home/atithipt/public_html/wp-blog-header.php(19): require_once(‘/home/atithipt/…’) #2 /home/atithipt/public_html/index.php(17): require(‘/home/atithipt/…’) #3 {main} thrown

    I am using the latest versions of WordPress, Elementor, and Royal Elementor Addons Plugin.

    Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?

    I’m facing the exact same issue on my site with the Royal Elementor Addons plugin. After the latest updates to WordPress, Elementor, and Royal Elementor Addons, I can no longer edit templates, and my site is also experiencing critical errors.

    I’ve reached out to Royal Elementor Addons support, but they haven’t responded yet, which is incredibly frustrating. My site is effectively non-functional because of this, and the lack of support is unacceptable.

    If you find a solution, please let me know, as this situation is very problematic.

    Thank you for letting me know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.

    It’s indeed very frustrating, especially since I work with several clients where I build their ordering systems using Royal Elementor Addons and Elementor on WordPress.

    If I find a solution, I’ll let you know. Please also do let me know if you receive any response from Royal Elementor Addons support regarding your ticket.

    Hi cuxmasutya,

    I used WP Rollback plugin to roll back one version of Elementor to 3.25.11 and it worked. While it’s not a long-term solution it’s a short term one so that the pages are up and running while Royal Elementor Addons works on finding a solution.

    hello! I also went back to a previous version of Elementor and it worked, I know it is a provisional measure because it leads to site security risks but at least it is a measure that is useful momentarily

    I had the same problem, at this moment I removed the plugin and reinstalled, it started working again, maybe they fixed some error and it still doesn’t appear in the updates. I did this on 4 sites and they all worked.

    Olá, eu estava com o mesmo problema, neste momento removi o plugin e reinstalei, ele voltou a funcionar, talvez tenha corrigido algum erro e ainda n?o aparece nas atualiza??es. Fiz isso em 4 sites e em todos funcionaram.
