Theme broken after changing website URL

  • So I had gone into the General tab under Setting and changed the site URL there. This basically made it so I was unable to access my website via the old or the new URL. I used MySQL Workbench to change the site url back to the original. This fixed the problem and I was now able to access my website but the theme seems to be broken.

    All of the themes I have installed show up in the Appearances tab but they are all blank and have no previews. I tried adding new themes but those show up the same way.

    When I actually go to my website, all I see is the text with some text color css but all other css seems to not be showing up. This is the same with all themes.

    I also tried re-install version 4.9.4 of WordPress and that did nothing.
