Theme broken after attempting to update

  • I tried to update the discover theme by clicking on the link on the Dashboard page of the WordPress admin. It immediately showed that it’s listed as a broken theme. Under the description it reads “Stylesheet is missing.” When I go to my ftp client, none of my files are there any longer.

    Is there a way to recover all my updates? Please let me know what I can do to fix this. Thank you.
