    Hi
    some months ago my site broke when updating free enigma, so I searched out your instructions and you advised to install Enigma Parallax theme and the site seemed to get working again, I got my home page content and sliders back.
    However I was trying to just now update Enigma parallax 2.19 to version 5, and it doesnt work. This time its far worse.
    I have had to roll back and restore the site to two days ago, so you wont be able to see the error, because I cant leave it broken, it had no home content; and I dont know how long before you can reply.

    I did try to watch your video again on how to install parallax to get the home page content back, but its no longer relevant for version 5. when I updated parallax, I did not get the screen showing instructions to import my home page content, therefore I cannot follow through those instructions.
    So basically with the old parallax I have my home page content, but going to 5 everything breaks down totally.
    any assistance would be gratefully received.

    Ok I have to give up on you. this is so unfair you have not replied. Your parallax is a broken theme. in the code for front-page.php, it is not calling on the theme options. it only calls to get home-template.php. and there is nothing in the home template. I have selected the home template in the home page option page type.
    So now I have selected the latest enigma theme, instead of parallax, and immediately it loaded the theme options.

    @linkonline , Can you please roll back your site’s Theme last stable / working version ?

    hey close this thread and start another one please, I am offended to receive cc copy of other peoples problems, its also a bit rich because you never helped or replied to me. I had to abandon your theme after many many hours of trying dozens of ways to try and make your theme work, without success.

    So now, after all this time of discourteous silence, you finally answer. Well thanks for your non existent customer service, considering its your theme broken but you dont care = I hope other people read this and beware of your negligence. You could at the very least have advised me you could do no more.

    @webdesinz – I can understand your disappointment , I am trying to help you out but bcz of WPORG forums policies I cant help your out of the scope of policies.

    @webdesinz : I have fixed the same issue of mr. @linkonline ,

    Steps to be followed.

    1) Just Upgrade your THEME to latest version of the theme. [ Take a separate copy of theme 2.1.9 in your directory. ]
    2) Activate Latest Theme, Go to Pages , Create a page called > Home , Assign the template >Home-Template , Save it, If you have already created page named with HOME , Just assign it a template > Home-Template.
    3) Now Go to reading setting and assign the page as custom static Home Page , the above created page.
    4) Get this Plugin activated in your WordPress and Click on Import button given here. That’s it you can check the site with existing data and the latest theme version.
