Theme "breeze" Template 49642 Remove Sidebar

I am building a website (not a Blog) and need to remove the features that are traditional for blogging which pop up on the right hand side of each page and the large white comment box that appears at the bottom of some pages for comments. I have turned off or disabled everything I can find but some things are still there. Any help would be appreciated.
