[Theme: Boutique] Problem with Functions & Sidebar move to bottom

Hi, sorry before i really don’t know what to do ??
I didn’t open my site for a month, and while i opened it again all things turn random ?? but i just solved it with googling etc, i reupdated my wp & e-commerce plugins..
after that solved…
my page turned into this:
