[Theme: Blueprint Theme] comment on a page in blueprint theme

Hello,
On this website, https://www.kinefleurdevie.ch/, i need to create a page that would be the “goldenbook”.
I want to use the comments to allow people to leave a comment.
Easy? well, the theme i use is the Blueprint theme but i cant find the way to make the comments appear at the bottom of the page.Could someone help me with that?
Maybe one of you had the same problem…Thank sin advance.
