[Theme: Blaskan] Options/Widgets not working

Hi there,
sorry to bother with this but I cant get any option to work on my blog (https://www.uberbin.net) and its weird because in other themes everything seems to be working.

Tried to use 2, 3 columns; giving credits; using widgets and nothing seems to work… any idea?
