theme automatically changed

I choose Arras theme but after some time it may be half an hour or in one day it automatically changes and take twentyten theme. What’s the problem???

To resolve this problem first I deactivate all plugins . After that I deleted all plugins from wp-contenets folder but problem is not resolved plz help me to resolve it.
