[theme: Anps's Shopifiq] Setting up shipping

I cannot, for the life of me figure out how to add shipping amounts. I have found “shipping” under attributes, but no place to set amounts. I’ve found “shipping classes” — which sounds ideal because I need to be able to set up different tiers depending on number of and kind of items purchased — but there’s only ways to “describe” the class, not set an amount.

So far, this theme that was supposed to have all the features I needed and look good has only succeeded in looking amateurish and lacks all basic user friendly functionality.
