• Hi,

I’m having a theme/plugin conflict issue that I can’t seem to figure out. I realize it’s asking a lot but would you mind having a look and seeing if there’s an easy fix. If the answer is no then I totally understand and it’s fine to tell me that and mark this as resolved.

Here’s a link to the page where the survey is shown: https://stjohnsws.com/spiritual-gifts-survey/

We use Gravity Forms on the site – I’m wondering if that’s where the conflict is arising.

Thank you for coding this plugin. Regardless of whether I get it to work on our church site (b/c of a plugin/theme conflict that’s out of your control) it means a lot that you would take the time to create this so that other congregations can benefit.

    Enjoy the day,
    JB

None of the JavaScript is working on that page. If you try switching momentarily to the default WordPress theme, that would let you know if the theme is causing the issue. If not, try disabling plugins one by one. If we can find out what is causing the conflict, it will be easier to find a solution.

For example, I fixed an issue about a year ago with another theme that had the same function name. In that instance, I renamed my function and it fixed the issue.
