Theme and Hustle plugin pop up not working

Hi @saqibjavaid989,

I have took the conflict test and deactivated all the plugins and spared hustle as activated but it also didn’t work.

So sounds like the issue is present on both the WP dashboard side and also in the frontend? You meant the popups don’t work with all plugins deactivated on your custom theme?

Or do you get the same issue if you switch to a default WP theme?

I could notice a jQuery not defined error, which would point that the jquery library isn’t loaded on the theme side.

Could we know how the existing JS files like main.js, bootstrap.min.js are added to the themes functions.php file? Is it added using “wp_enqueue_scripts” hook?
