Right, because I had to do the content again. Is there any way to restore the website at a particular time before?

Do you or your host do regular backups?

If the answer is “no”, I suggest that you do so going forward. I like to use “backwpup” because it lets you schedule automatic backups and store the backup off site on a place like Dropbox.
