    I see that you having 3 options:

    1.) Go into your Options or Theme Settings panel, and see if you have configured everything correctly.

    2.) Look into the SVN list, and browse through images, js, and style.css to discover what the developer has inserted into the theme.

    3.) Consider keeping your current theme, but add additional WordPress Responsive Plugins to improve your website (you will NOT be able to use all of these plugins at the same time. Some of them will conflict. Some of them will ALSO not be supported by your specific theme).

    4.) Move to a different theme that works better for you. See the Responsive Themes for WordPress list at the bottom of this page: Free WordPress.
