[Theme: adelle] move from wordpress.com

Hi, I’ve trying to switch my site from wordpress.com to self-hosted www.remarpro.com and having issues. I tried to cut and paste the custom css code but the changes are not showing on new host site.

This is the current wordpress.com site: spsoirees.wordpress.com

I am using a child theme.

A few issues with the new site that I cant work out:
– The background color around the date is no longer purple, but black.
– When I try to change the website background color, the middle white section changes, but I want that section to remain white.
– Original squiggly lines are back and don’t know how to replace with solid black line as shown on current page.
– Don’t know how to change color of visited links
– The links within the widget are off center although the widget titles are fine.
– Gravatar image size is now really large. How do I resize it?
