theme activated,changed theme,new visual editor,confused

i need help cleaninmg up a mess of overlapping theme pages and post ..i have a page that loads a shows the vistor a brief peak of something cant delete. visual composer program is overlapping with theme i ant tell whats going on i got lost and i only have two pages a menu and some photos
