i uploaded the wptube them

it only has 1 video box in the left top

i want it to have 3 box accross and at least 10 down

can some one please tell me step by step how to do this

and i was also wanting to know how to put the categorys on the left side of the page i will have 40 plus

and i alsp would like to know how i go about adding a header and footer banners and 3 banners on the right side of the page

can some one please help me here
