Theme 2016 header image & menu

I would like to put the menu below the header image and don’t know which exact bits of code of header.php to move to where. I’d be grateful for help please. I can’t send a weblink because I’m creating my site on my localhost server. I’m making a website consisting of pages only, no posts.
