[Theme: 20 11] last-child and pagination

I’ve done some reading and think I understand why last-child does not apply to the last post on my home page when I apply pagination. I haven’t been able to figure out, however, how to apply a style to that post. I want to, of course, remove the bottom border on the last post on the page…
