Their updates break their own plugin

Every time this plugin has an update, it breaks the plugin and or the website. It has a lot of cool features and it looks great, when it works. The problem is the amount of time, one has to dedicate to this plugin, just to get it to work. I’d be willing to buy the professional version, if I knew it was any better, but if they can’t get their basic plugin to work, without so many problems, why would it be any better?
