Their live-chat states “We reply immediately” i’ve been messaging them for hours, no response.
Their platform asks to connect to your woo store and upon “accept” nothing happens, basically nothing connects. And their suppose is so far nonexistent.
Buggy, messy and zero support. Why would you put “We reply immediately” on your livechat header when it is just untrue. Shameful.
