the_content() and the more tag in the post

Hello everyone….

just a little little question:

I have posts with the <!– more –> tag added inside the post which calling simply the_content() in a theme (in this case in a newsletter) it shows cutted post with the link “more”….

I’d like in this case (newsletter) to show the entire post ignoring the tag <!– more –> applied inside the post…how I can do?….
