Hi,

I have problem. The Yoast SEO plugin blocks my checkout page woocommerce. When the customer clicks the order button, the page crashes and the order is not executed. If I deactivate the Yoast SEO plugin, everything is fine. The plugin is currently disabled because the customer would not be able to place an order.

Latest version of WordPress 5.5.1, Yoast SEO for WordPress 15.1.2, and WooCommerce 4.6.1

Please repair. This is a serious problem.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

We understand when a user places the order, the page crashes. We would like some more information.

    1. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    2. Are you able to reproduce the issue? If you activate Yoast and add a test product to the cart, are you able to make the order?

    3. Can you confirm your server has all the right requirements? ?If you are not sure, speak to your host provider.?They may need to double or triple the PHP memory.?This guide explains more:?https://kb.yoast.com/kb/plugin-requirements/.

    4. Can you contact your host provider and have them pull the server error logs. Tell them to look for any errors with the word: wpseo OR Yoast in it. If you find those errors, please copy/paste them here.

All plugins are updated. The Yoast SEO plugin is activated. Try placing a test order on my site. You will see the mistake yourself.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

To clarify, when you go to the checkout page the issue is that checkout fails to happen and users get a spinning circle? See image: https://ibb.co/g4F0PYh.

Note, that after a while an error happens. See image: https://ibb.co/MCf9KJ8.

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
failure

Nepodarilo sa spracovať vašu objednávku, skúste neskôr prosím.

If that is the correct, can you please check on the following two things below:

    1. Can you confirm your server has all the right requirements? If you are not sure, speak to your host provider. They may need to double or triple the PHP memory. We ask as sometimes not having enough memory can cause loading issues. This guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/plugin-requirements/.

    2. Can you contact your host provider and have them pull the server error logs. Tell them to look for any errors with the word: wpseo OR Yoast in it. If you find those errors, please copy/paste them here. We ask as the error message does not seem related to Yoast.
