I’m sorry about the confusion on this!?Our WPForms Signature add-on plugin is actually a free ‘connector’ plugin used to make WP E-Signature work with WPForms.

This means that you need our main WP E-Signature plugin and an active E-Signature license to use this connector with WPForms (as mentioned in the description).

With the Pro license level in WPForms, you can activate the Signature addon, which allows you to add a signature field to your forms.

Since you have a Pro license, please contact us by submitting a support ticket if you have further questions about paid features of WPForms. This is because www.remarpro.com rules do not allow us to provide extensive support for paid features of WPForms on the support forum for WPForms Lite.

The WP E-Signature is a third-party plugin that is not affiliated with WPForms. If you’d like to continue using WP E-Signature, you could refer to their reply above, or reach out to them directly.

I already got the pro license and a wp e signature license. I deactivated both and activated but still showing me the same problem.
