Thank You for Your feedback. Its important for us to solve Your problem and help You enjoy our products. Its a pity that You didn`t have an opportunity to
estimate our plugin`s benefits.
Can you explain what exactly you don’t like in our plugin? – Constructive critics helps us to improve it’s quality.
Also, why did you write that created account specially to leave this negative feedback for Pricing Tables plugin? – I checked your account, and found that you registered it more than year ago…

@vladapfc I think 1 star is very unfair, this is a great plugin and deserve a higher rating.
You should at least provide actual feedback to explain why you think it deserves such a low rating.

@vladapfc – We are ready to help and open for discussion.
Simply we need at least a grain of information about your issues with plugin.

Editing existing template is a real nightmare! Everything is falling apart.

Glad to hear you. What was hard to edit in pricing table template?
I hope we can explain you how to do it or will add some new functionality to our table editor.
Do you know some Pricing Table plugin with really practical template editor? If so, it would be great, if you can share it’s name with us – we’ll inspect it and try to implement some useful editing tools.

@vladapfc, our senior manager told me, that we can provide you a PRO version of plugin for testing purposes. You can try it and share your opinion, maybe it will be more comfortable to use Pricing Tables with PRO features.
Recently we added Undo button to plugin, which allows you to cancel unnecessary changes in a table – it really helps in tables editing.
If you agree to try it – contact us via internal support. Also, we are ready to consider your issues via Skype call – who can explain and solve issues with plugin better than it’s developer?
