    1. They have “Create Support Tickets” & “Online Chat”, but they never work.
    2. You can only post your problem on their blog. If you are lucky, you’ll gt their respond at second day.
    3. Their custom service didn’t really read your problem, they simply gave you a “categorized standard answer”.
    4. They don’t even know what have they put on their site. When I told them their pro theme can’t be installed, they give me a standard answer: “install the unziped zip file”. In fact, there is no theme file in the zip, they have only plugins inside the file.
    5. The widgets in their pro theme is different to their free theme, after I told them, they gave me tow screenshots to tell me “they are the same”. They never checked the issued problems.
    6. After I said: “PLEASE, HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR OWN PRODUCT”, I can’t login to their site anymore.
    7. I have issued 3 problems, the only solved problem is “HTTPS not secure” with their demo data, and the solution is “A REDIRECT PLUGIN”.
    8. If I have only only use their free theme, I’ll never be so upset.

    Thank you for writing back and sorry for the inconvenience faced,

    1) We only found your support tickets at our support forum and we have replied you back regularly. We never found any private emails from you as well as you never connected us via live chat at our working time. We would like to inform you that the live chat needs operator and we only operates on our working time.

    2) You have understand few things because we are from different time zone and the response will be late. We have clearly mentioned that we will provide you the support with in 24hrs.

    3 & 4) We have read your all the message you have provided and provided the solution. The same installation process is working for all other users but you are going out of the instruction and checking the plugins folder files so that all these confusion is created.

    5) If we made the widgets in free and pro version same then the feature will be the same. We have to make widgets different in premium version to provide better or the premium features. We have mentioned that the widgets are same but one is for free and another one is for premium but you will get the different setting on both free and premium versions.

    6) We have also replied back to you by the same support forum and if you are unable to login then, please do send your issues by mail at [email protected] We will look into it.

    7) If you follow the provided instruction then your issues will be solved we are sure about it. Could you please contact us back at our support.

    8) Reviewing the free version theme because of premium version theme is not good because we have solve it together by talking. We have private email [email protected]. Please send your all the issues. We will help you best we can because we can solved it.
