The worst case I have ever met

1. They have “Create Support Tickets” & “Online Chat”, but they never work.
2. You can only post your problem on their blog. If you are lucky, you’ll gt their respond at second day.
3. Their custom service didn’t really read your problem, they simply gave you a “categorized standard answer”.
4. They don’t even know what have they put on their site. When I told them their pro theme can’t be installed, they give me a standard answer: “install the unziped zip file”. In fact, there is no theme file in the zip, they have only plugins inside the file.
5. The widgets in their pro theme is different to their free theme, after I told them, they gave me tow screenshots to tell me “they are the same”. They never checked the issued problems.
6. After I said: “PLEASE, HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR OWN PRODUCT”, I can’t login to their site anymore.
7. I have issued 3 problems, the only solved problem is “HTTPS not secure” with their demo data, and the solution is “A REDIRECT PLUGIN”.
8. If I have only only use their free theme, I’ll never be so upset.
