The working version of the plugin 4.7

  • At three different sites during the next update stopped working Contact Form 7. The problem has been solved by rolling back to version 4.7 From now on, all plugin updates for me have lost relevance. I want to understand, I’m the only one, or is it a system error?

  • I have a contact form not working too – just get the standard error message of ‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’ when trying to send a message.

    me too – you can only seem to send messages when logged in.

    No you’re not the only one. This was a hot topic since update 4.8 and I guess most users just switched to other plugins or settled on staying with 4.7 as long as it works.

    Common problem was supposed to be a disabled REST api. Yet I don’t have it disabled and still don’t get it working past 4.7.
