the word CUSTOMIZER does not appear in my contact page (front end)

    I installed the plug in, but I can’t find it in my contact page when I open the page by clicking on EDIT. It says you should access to the customizer panel which I can’t see anywhere. Please, any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    This does not look like a problem with this plugin. It only works for Administrators.

    It says you should access to the customizer panel which I can’t see anywhere.

    This means you do NOT have access to the customizer as an admin.

    I’m having this problem too – I’m definitely an admin on my website.

    I think it must be some other plugin or your theme not allowing our plugin to work. Install it on a clean install and it works. So, try deactivating and then reactivating plugins/themes one by one to find the culprit.

    Thanks, I’m using a Themify theme which has it’s own ‘Customize’ option so maybe that’s the problem. I’m not sure if I can deactivate the customizer part of it or not but I’ll try and let you know. Thanks for your help ??
