The WooCommerce plugin is not sending Emails at all

    WooCommerce ver 3.2.1

    The WooCommerce plugin is not sending Emails at all…

    This web iste is a migration of another website, in English, that works perfect.

    This is a clone, and changed to Greek language, but It doesnt send Emails for new orders , to owner and client – both NOT.

    Feel free to make test order.

    EN version /on another url/ uses also Paypal payments, the Greek version is using only Cash on delivery?

    Could it be the reason?

    Yes! Emails in WooCommerce are sent based on the orders statuses update. The trigger is defined when an order statuses is either processing or completed.

    If the order is awaiting payment no email is sent.

    What if you manually update an order status to completed within the site in Greek? Are emails sent?

    I have almost the same problem!I have a Hungarian site. (www.aranyecset.hu)
    No emails for owner and buyer at all!
    I turned off all plugins and changes to Storefront theme, but still no emails!

    I found another topic, where you wrote we should download the Email Log plugin and if it show the emails were generated (yes) than it might be caused by hosting server blocking emails, so I got in touch with them. I hope they can solve.
