Could you double-check and confirm if this isn’t what you’re seeing on your end? Sometimes, browser caching can display outdated info. I would suggest, to try using a different browser or an incognito window, and clear your current browser cache. This might just resolve the issue by ensuring you’re viewing the most recent data on your site.

the problem is both in the back end and in the front end, there as in the video you have seen products that are currently not purchasable, on the purchasable items it says “add to cart” instead of the Italian translation. The site is correctly in Italian, even on the backend, except for all the woocommerce elements, both the blocks in the front end and the settings in the back end.

Thanks for the clarification. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps. First, ensure that both your theme and WooCommerce are up to date. Then, switch the language back to English and save the changes. After that, clear your site cache if you’re using a caching plugin.

Next, change the language back to Italian, save the settings again, go to Dashboard > Updates, and check if there’s a notice for an Italian language pack update. If you see one, click to update. If not, please let me know.

I did what was asked but I still only see woocommerce in English. There are no updates.

To help us get to the root of the issue, could you please check for any fatal error logs? You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you see any logs, you can either copy and share them here or paste them via https://gist.github.com/ and share the link.

In the end I solved it, I totally deleted woocommerce and installed the plugin again. I don’t know why but it seemed to have crashed and wouldn’t even update the plugin anymore. Thanks everyone for the support anyway.
