The widget injects itself too early into section

Hello,
How can I adjust where the widget injects itself into the HTML tags? Because when I look at the HTML source, I see it injected 3500 lines of code, right before the <meta charset> tag. This causes the browser to default to Windows-1252 instead of UTF-8 and messes with the characters.
Can someone help me move it just one line below so that the <meta> tag stays where it belongs to?
