The widget displays only the first post in the series

I have an issue with the Amazing Post Widget incorporated in the Cepon theme that drives me crazy.
The first post appears correctly, but no other follows it. After a while the first page reappears, then a white space again for a minute (or so)… and so on.
Maybe I have to indicate some special class for this widget? Why it displays just the first post in the selected series and not the followings? What can I do to to have a sequence of post instead of white space?
