The whole length for the header

  • Hi,
    I have a couple of questions, but I will start with this one. My site is https://www.commercialusedtrucks.com The header width is limited to 1100px, how can I extend that to the length of the whole page?
    Can I add an orange line behind the menu tabs and also make it all across the page?
    An example can be my other site: https://www.globalusedtrucksales.com can you see how the colors go all across the page with an unlimited width?
