The website is not mobile friendly the banner image does not change in mobile

You can add the following code on your Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

@media only screen and (max-width:500px){
	.header-filter{
		background-size: 400px 400px;
	}
}

And you can adjust the sizes as you wish to look good on mobile view.
