Unfortunately this is not related to the form engine itself, but it greatly relies on the website and server settings. My best suggestion is to have those settings reviewed by a skilled developer who would help you in tracking down the reasons behing this slowness.

Hello @abs8668610, I’ve talked with our devs and they suggest to perform a sending test from System > Delivery and check if there is any delay in the sending process. If so, please contact your provider (or Smtp provider/plugin if you use one). Let us know your findings.
