The Web Link Field appears to be incorrect

In the last week we have found that people cannot add a web link to the registration page. The web link cannot be edited in the record field and has the same message response.

The back end admins add a listing is not affected. We have completed a plugin and theme check and neither makes any difference. We have also checked again other PDB plugins which are all up to date and it is still the same.

In the Debugging it indicates that
