the way it displays is a bit strange

I’ve got a few issues that I hope I can sort out.

The first is that I’ve made a sample job, but it is not showing up on the jobs listing page

My second set of issues has to do with formatting. And I am certain that the theme is conflicting. SO likely that will just be some css on my part

My final question is – we are not looking for people to submit anything. Should I just use css to hide the “Apply now” form. Ideally I’d rather have a button that goes to the page of the employer who is hiring as we are not a part of the process.
