    Hi,

    The watermerk disappeared in case of the watermerked images. We didn’t modify the other plugins or images on the website.

    Hello,

    Please explain more. What do you mean that watermark disappeared?

    Did you have your watermark already showing on your watermarked images before and it just stopped being displayed? If so, did you change anything on your website since the last time it was there?

    Hi,

    First the plugin worked properly, as expected, the watermark were visible.

    Than it showed with black bankground on the minority of the images and disappeared ont he rest of the images.

    I removed manually the wrongwatermarks (with black background).

    The plugin is active, I added the watermrk again to some images, but these are not visible.

    As I mentioned, we didn’t change it (no new plugins etc.)

    Hi @webreneszansz,

    Are you sure that absolutely nothing was changed on your website? Including the theme and plugin updates (also automatic ones)?

    Sorry for bringing the question up again, but this is crucial to find out what the problem is. It could happen, for example, that so far the theme you use displayed a different image size, which was watermarked, and now it displays the size which is not.

    So, please make sure the watermarks are set up correctly in the first place. Please check if all the image sizes that are displayed on your website are chosen for watermarking in your watermark settings.

    If any updates on your website have been done since the last time it worked, please let us know what has been updated, and from which version to which.

    If the watermark configuration is correct and there haven’t been any updates or any other changes, please contact us using the form on our website for further help.
