The warning regarding HTTPS redirect
-
Hi,
I’ve already read multiple threads about the warning after last update:
WordPress 301 redirect enabled. We recommend to enable the .htaccess redirect option on your specific setup. To enable that setting you might have to make changes to the htaccess file as well. There are lots of users that don’t have access to that. But instead of the htaccess redirect you can also use the default/native WP redirect. So IMO this htaccess redirect is not a very important/major setting.
If you’re planning an update anytime soon, you might want to consider removing that warning, or make ik less “important” (remove the “1” for example).
