This is the first update in over 2 years. But were not sitting around, we have lots of content; instructional, tips etc we have planned – to put up on the Job Manager home site. We created this Home Base to better communicate with you, our user base and to enable all the users to be able to share user experience’s and best practices.

This project has a lot of room to grow and expand. If your a 1st time user, we think you will be surprised at what you can do with Job Manager from the start.

If your a returning user or veteran user, we THANK YOU for sticking with Job Manager and we are committed to making it even better.

So we not only want you to upgrade, but please spread the word to Small Business Owners and start-ups…

“There is a better way to handle your hiring needs when you have a WordPress website”

. That’s with the Job Manager WordPress plugin.

Please see my post here: Get Involved

I think you should support WPML and RTL

    Plugin Author Thomas Townsend

    (@smb-dev)

Absolutely…Think I have a handle on the WPML…just need to have some Translators contribute through Transifex

RTl…not too sure on the coding requirements…anyone want to help ? I will definitely give you credit.

Hello, I am not receiving email notifications for resumes. I have added a email smtp that works, but still no emails. I have am also receiving this error for resumes:Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘jobman_print_resume_settings_box’ not found or invalid function name in the “functions.php” file on line 42

Barkley, working on this now. It only seems to effect older installs…here is a work around until we can get an update tested and out…possibly a week or 2…

How do i make WPML work, unable to an option to do it

    Plugin Author Thomas Townsend

    (@smb-dev)

Job Manager has just been recently submitted to WPML for standards testing / certification….so we know what needs to mod to make it 100% compliant.

It is translated to 10 languages but we have capacity for as many as 35 or more that we would like to add. If Job Manager is not in the language you you prefer, we would appreciate your contribution to assist with this.

If you would like to do a translation for the plugin, you can do so via Transifex.

Simply select or add a language you want to translate in and I will attach the language in the next version release. You will need an account on Transifex to do this.

If you have done a translation via JobManager, then you are welcome to send that also. To send your translation files contact me. (https://www.wp-jobmanager.com/contact-us/) Select Translations via options.

I’ll acknowledge your contribution here with either your full name or username given.

You have no idea how surprised I was when I read “an update to Job Manager is available” Bravo Thomas! I’ll be testing on a few sites. Looking forward to some bug fixes from years past!

Looking forward most to Application Pagination ??

    Hi,
I have installed job manager plug in last week. I am looking for help on displaying all my jobs in a list format with some job ID(may be customizable)

Is it available now or should I wait for updates?

    Your help is appreciated

    Reards,
    BV

It’s pretty much set-up for you automatically.

    1. Select the items you want on your Job List via (Job Form Settings) add as many fields as you require and save.

    2. Add Jobs

    3. Review and Adjust Display Settings for:
    – Job List Template
    – Individual Job Template

Be sure to review the Job Template Short codes and ensure you
Update Template settings after you have made any changes.

    (@bvenkat)

Should I delete Individual Job Template code existing in the box and save the settings.
    Just for clarification.
